The insurance office is located at 223 Main
Street Spencer, West Virginia. It is directly across the street from the Roane
County Courthouse in the middle of downtown Spencer. The two-story tan brick
building houses the insurance office and the law office of
Anita Harold Ashley. The office
is handicapped accessible.
